MemeSwap
MemeSwap is a non-custodial meme coin tracker and trading app that builds swap and bridge routes for users to sign in their own wallets.

What is MemeSwap?
MemeSwap is a meme coin discovery and trading app that tracks tokens across networks including Solana, Robinhood Chain, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Sui, HyperEVM, Avalanche, and Monad. Each token page shows live price, market cap, 24-hour volume, holder count, liquidity, and the contract address, alongside a heuristic risk score. Swaps and bridges are routed through KyberSwap, Jupiter, and LI.FI, and the server only builds unsigned transactions that users review and sign in their own wallets. A Top 10 option splits one amount across up to ten ranked tokens on a single network. MemeSwap charges a disclosed 0.85% fee on fee-enabled trades, separate from network gas and provider fees, and is available on the web, as an iPhone app, and to AI agents through a hosted MCP server.
