After completing KYC, users deposit USDC into pools targeting treasury bills, corporate bonds, asset-backed securities, equities, or private credit; the team converts deposits to USD via a U.S. broker-dealer, custodies the underlying assets in per-pool SPVs, and mints onchain receipt tokens.
